Return and Exchange Policy


Returns

We have a 10 day return policy. After 10 days from your purchase we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return is as follows: Your item must be unused, unaltered, and not laundered or dry cleaned. Item must be in the same condition that you received it. In it's original packaging, with receipt/packing slip and with all original tags attached.

Items can only be returned via a US mail carrier to the address below. We cannot accept in store drop-offs.

We reserve the right to examine purchase and returns patterns of customers, and to restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from customers at our discretion.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Foreign Transactions

Only orders delivered within the USA can be refunded. All sales delivered to addresses outside the USA cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for full refund until shipping documents are prepared.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all conditions are met, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Only the amount of your purchase will be refunded. Any shipping or handling charges in your original order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck with your bank.

Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take up to 2 statement periods before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@shopmezzo.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@shopmezzo.com and then ship or send your item to: 5005 16th Avenue Brooklyn New York US 11204.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will become aware of your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for your returns.

To return your product, use a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance.  In the event that your returned item parcel is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to recover loss from the carrier. Mezzo assumes no responsibility or liability for goods not received in refundable condition.
